Men and animals die of despair in the day of trouble.
Preservation under human councils, under realms of deception, is more illusion.
Images of kings are in vain, for there are no sovereigns.
The life of men is fleeting breath.

Anfetaminas e água-ardente derramam ilusões apáticas nas cidades do mundo.
Homens e animais morrem de desespero no dia da angústia.
Preservação sob conselhos humanos, sob reinos de decepção, é mais ilusão.
Imagens de reis são em vão, pois não há soberanos.
A vida dos homens é respiração fugaz.
